The Beginnings of Miniature Reflections

Miniature Reflections began in 2012. As an aspiring 14 year old, I had recently taken several classes on creating miniature food from polymer clay. With so many ideas, we needed a way to make room for the constant stream of new miniatures. When we heard about a dollhouse show in Seattle, our business was born. We immediately signed up, and I went into production mode. At our first show, I had a blast. All of the other vendors were so encouraging, and I loved talking to each and every customer. I couldn't wait for the next show. Shortly after Seattle, we drove to Portland. After learning more about sculpting miniature food and displaying it in an attractive way, my mom decided to allow me to go to a show in Chicago! Of course, I wanted to be in the International show, but since I'd only done two shows ever, I couldn't apply for 2013. Instead, we had a table at the Three Blind Mice Show, which allowed us to apply for the international show the next year. I'm thrilled to say that Miniature Reflections will have a booth at Chicago International 2014. Be sure to swing by our booth! We'll have many exciting items.
